Pay it Forward: When someone compliments you for a kind act, instead of saying, “You’re welcome”, invite them to “Pay it Forward” (pass along kindness to someone else). See what happens.
Think Globally, Act Locally: This week, when you eat, use or buy something, pause and consider the many factors that will be impacted by your decision. If you have options, make a choice that has the most positive impact on the world around you. If you’re not sure, do some research. What does taking this type of responsibility feel like?
HAPPINESS CHALLENGE: Invite your class, family or group to create your Community Puzzle which reflects all of your GIFTS. Start by sharing what you think each other’s gifts are, either in conversation or anonymously on paper. Design your puzzle, cut out the pieces then invite each member to design their individual piece. Display your Community Puzzle and together, come up with a plan on how your group or family can share everyone’s gifts with each other. Check back in with us and tell us how it went.
